Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Zoonix LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"), the maker of Libas ("the app"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Who may use Libas
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be using the app to look for marriage, for yourself.
- You may have one account, and it must describe you truthfully.
How to behave
You agree not to:
- pretend to be someone else, or give false information about your age, marital status or intentions;
- harass, insult, threaten or pressure another member;
- ask any member for money, gifts of value, bank details or investments;
- offer or ask for anything in exchange for companionship or intimacy;
- send or upload sexual, violent or hateful content, or photos of other people without their consent;
- use the app to advertise, to collect members' data, or for any purpose other than marriage;
- copy, save or pass on another member's photo or messages without their agreement.
Photos
Your photo is shown to a match only while both of you agree to share. You can stop sharing at any time. Stopping ends the sharing from that moment; it cannot take back what the other person has already seen.
Guardians
A member may say that a guardian is involved in their search. We do not check this, and we do not take part in any agreement between members or their families.
The law where you live
Marriage is governed by the law of the country you live in. You are responsible for making sure that any marriage you enter, of any kind, is allowed and valid there. Libas only introduces people; it does not conclude, register or guarantee any marriage.
Reports, removal and bans
Any member can report another. We may remove content, or suspend or end an account, when we believe these terms were broken or that a member is at risk. We try to be fair, and you may write to us if you think we made a mistake.
Paid plans
Libas is free to use. If paid plans are offered later, their price and what they include will be shown before you buy, and they will be billed and refunded through your phone's app store under its rules.
No guarantees
We do not check members' backgrounds, and a "Verified" badge means only that a person's selfie matched their profile photo. We cannot promise that you will find a spouse, or that what another member says is true. Meet in safe circumstances, involve your family, and never send money. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for the conduct of members.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without taking away any protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
