Delete my Libas account

You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, at any time. It takes a few seconds.

In the app

1. Open Libas and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my profile and all my data.
4. Tap Yes, delete.

If you cannot open the app

Write to info@zoonixgroup.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Libas account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile and everything you wrote in it
• Your profile photo, and any verification selfie
• Your matches and all messages in them, for both people
• Whom you showed interest in, passed or blocked, and whose profile you opened

What may be kept

If another member reported you, the report (its reason and date) may be kept without your profile, for as long as needed to keep members safe. Nothing else is kept.
